This pattern takes its inspiration from our own library of prints. We started with the hand-painted design that forms the foundation of our AKAN pattern, then cut it apart and reconstructed it into rhythmic, staccato shapes. Like sheet music, this screenprint takes an image of the mind, re-arranges it and gives it new life in the world.
